In this project we faced the ultimate challenge - toddler triplets. Located in a neighborhood sandwiched between the redwoods and beach, the house was dated but had the space the family needed for a forever home. The clients wanted a comfortable, inviting space that could stand up to a busy life. They doubled the square footage from their previous home and weren’t bringing much in the move. Given the project’s budget and timeline, we left the floorplan untouched but added a fresh coat of paint, new and refinished hardwood floors, and executed a cosmetic kitchen and powder room remodel. And of course, performance fabrics and durable finishes!
